Carla answers most of our calls, and she’d like help on weeknights.
What you’ll do
Answer the emergency line from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., take down the address, what’s locked and the best number, quote the price from our list, and send the nearest technician. You’ll text customers their arrival time.
What we’re looking for
A calm voice and a good ear. You’ll talk to people who are locked out in the cold or worried about a child in a car, so patience matters more than experience. We’ll teach you the pricing and the map.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday evenings, about 16 hours a week. You can work from the shop or from home after training.
