Keyway is training its next locksmith. Paid, hands-on, no experience needed, just good with your hands and good with people.
Ray started at a hardware store key counter, and he’s hoping to train someone the same way.
We’re looking for an apprentice who likes fixing things, stays calm when someone is stuck outside, and wants a trade with no layoffs. You’ll start in the shop cutting keys, ride with Ray and Marcus on service calls, and learn home, auto and commercial work over about two years.
The pay starts at $18 to $22 an hour and goes up as you earn each certification, which we pay for. See the full posting on our Careers page.
